Hi, I’m Gina Harmsen, Certified Nutrition & Life Coach, Addiction & Compulsive Behaviour Therapist with a degree in Psychology, and founder of Inner Balance Wellness.

Almost 20 years ago, I was overweight, burned out, and struggling with digestive and hormonal issues. I felt completely disconnected from myself, until I decided to take one small step that changed everything: I reached out for support.

That decision didn’t just help me lose weight and heal my body, it ignited my passion to help other women do the same.
